TENNIS TRAINING CAMPS FOR HIGH SCHOOL TEAMS
Give your high school team the Jackson-Bridge advantage! Our team camps focus on every aspect of High School Team Tennis from doubles and singles tactics to identifying each players strengths and weaknesses. Camps run weekly (Sun-Sat) with a full week of on-court tennis training and off-court fitness.
Team training includes all court drills, situational tactical drills, serve, return, volley drills and team players compete daily against our high-level full-time tennis students. Team Coaches are welcome on-court to assist in the training (optional).
A major focus for the week is to find systems that make the team more effective and efficient in all aspects of high school competition.

Camps are over Spring Break or Summer. For availability, during the school year, a team coach must RSVP a minimum of 3 months in advance.

- Topical Clinic 11.30 am – 2.00 pm
- Nutrition Break 2.00 pm – 3.00 pm
- Second Training Session 3.00 pm – 5.00 pm
- Fitness Training 5.00 pm – 6.00 pm
- Dinner & Lights Out 6.30 pm – 10.00 pm
