Junior Tennis Programs
The Jackson-Bridge PATH-TO-COLLEGE tennis program is for junior players that attend public school, private school or independent/online school, and competing in Junior Open and ITF Tournaments. Players in Path-to-College program are from the ages of 9-18 years old. The tennis program includes drilling, live-ball training, points, and match play. Fitness, college placement, the tournament team, and private lessons are also offered at an additional cost.
To us, a Path-To-College goal means our junior tennis player’s are seeking a Division 1 college scholarship. So we aim to increase our player’s ability by focusing on specific areas of their game that are most deficient to achieve this goal. Some part-time tennis students have a limited schedule, so JBTA allows them to create a modified schedule that maximizes training time.
College Bound Training
The Jackson-Bridge PATH-TO-COLLEGE program is for junior tennis players who attend independent/online academic programs, and are also playing in Junior Open to National Tournaments. Players in the Path-to-College tennis program are typically 11 – 18 years old, with the program customized for the specific needs of each individual player. College Placement is offered to all of our Path-to-College tennis players starting in Grade 10. Training modes include private instruction, athletic development, tournament prep, and mental toughness training.
The Jackson-Bridge PATH-TO-DEVELOPMENT program is for junior tennis players attending traditional schools and playing High School to Open tournaments. Players in the Path-to Development tennis program are typically between the ages of 9 – 18 years old and attend 2 to 5 days weekly from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. This program is a great introduction to academy training or supplemental training for experienced tournament players. Additional services recommended would be private instruction, hitting lessons, and college placement.
